About Us

Engineering crane safety since 2016

Sushitech Automatic Transducers Pvt Ltd — A Global Leader in Safe Load Indicator Industries.

About Us

From a Jamnagar workshop to a global SLI manufacturer

Sushitech began in 2016 in Jamnagar as Sushitech Research Technologies — known across the crane trade as "Jamnagar SLI Wala". In November 2018 the company was rebranded and incorporated as Sushitech Automatic Transducers Pvt Ltd to serve crane, boomlift and manlift operators globally.

Today we design, manufacture, program, install and service Safe Load Indicators and Load Moment Indicators from our facility at 109, 110, 111 JRT Industrial Estate-2, Vasai East — supporting fleets across Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and beyond.

Technical Experience

What a Safe Load Indicator actually does

A Safe Load Indicator is the crane's brain for safety. It measures the machine's real working condition and keeps it inside the manufacturer's safety chart at all times.

  • Boom angle detection

High-resolution angle sensors read boom elevation continuously so the system always knows the geometry of the lift.

  • Load weight measurement

Pressure transducers or load pins convert hydraulic pressure and line pull into an accurate live load figure.

  • Ground radius calculation

Angle plus boom length gives the true working radius — the number that decides how much the machine may safely lift.

  • Overload prevention

Compared against the manufacturer's safety load chart, the SLI pre-alarms, alarms and finally cuts off motion before an overload accident happens.
