Warranty
Systems carry a 12-month warranty from commissioning. Spare parts and service labour are free during warranty; engineer travel, food and lodging are chargeable. Warranty excludes physical damage, water ingress beyond the rated enclosure, unauthorised modification and tampering with calibration.
Installation & calibration
The customer is responsible for making the machine available, providing safe access and sharing the manufacturer's load chart required for calibration.
Liability
A Safe Load Indicator is an operator aid. It does not replace the operator's duty to work within the machine's rated capacity and the applicable safety regulations.
